City submittal, civil, MEP and structural coordination. Buyout of long-lead items happens before we mobilize so the schedule holds.
Site work through finish-out, sequenced by the PM with weekly owner meetings and a shared schedule + cost dashboard.
Inspections, certificate of occupancy, owner training on systems, and a written one-year warranty on workmanship.
