Our Story
Alliance was founded in 2018 on a simple idea — be the builder and the buyer Dallas neighborhoods actually deserve. No black-box pricing. No 1-800 numbers. No assignment fees hiding in the contract.
We're a licensed general contractor and a direct cash buyer, under one roof. That lets us do something most companies can't: take the home you're ready to walk away from, and build the home you've been dreaming of — without ever handing you off to a stranger in the middle.
Today we run a small-volume custom build operation and an active acquisitions desk across the DFW metroplex. We're intentionally small. We answer our own phones, walk our own job sites, and put our names on the contracts we sign.
