We handle city submittal, engineering, HOA review and utility coordination. You get a written schedule before we break ground.
Foundation, framing, MEP rough-in, drywall, finishes, landscape — sequenced by our PM with weekly site meetings and a shared photo log.

No. Alliance has an in-house design partner, so you can come to us with just a lot and a target budget. If you already have plans drawn, we're happy to build to them.
Most of our residential projects fall between $275 and $425 per square foot all-in, depending on lot conditions, finish level and how custom the structural design is. We give you a real number before you sign anything.
Plan on 10–14 months from signed plans to keys for a typical single-family home in DFW. Permitting can add or shave 4–8 weeks depending on the city.
Yes — most of our custom builds are on lots clients already own or have under contract. We'll evaluate the lot for free and tell you exactly what it can support.
No. Alliance is intentionally a small-volume custom builder. We take a limited number of homes a year so each one gets our PM on site, not a phoned-in superintendent.
